Our client wished to understand the links between the Angolan and Mozambican Ministry of Defence at the time when Mozambique’s EMATUM loans were contracted, and whether the corruption scandal might spread to Angola. In close collaboration with Moxico Risk Consulting LLP, we undertook a bespoke investigation using contributors from multiple sectors in both Angola and Mozambique.
