Fog of war on Nampula

Rwandan and Mozambican forces seem to have contained the insurgents after they crossed into Nampula province, but nothing else is clear

Good afternoon. The Rwandan newspaper The New Times yesterday carried an upbeat article about Rwandan and Mozambican forces chasing insurgents out of Cabo Delgado and into Nampula province, and soundly beating them (see below). Only a few, it reports, escaped back north across the Lúrio river, which runs along the provincial border.
