Up to 3,000 people displaced by Cabo Delgado attacks – HRW

The insurgency in Mozambique’s Cabo Delgado province has caused as many as 3,000 people to be displaced in two districts alone, according to an official at the NGO Human Rights Watch  (HRW) who has just visited the province.
