Fisheries, farming and food security will be hit by the end of Danish and Icelandic aid


Denmark and Iceland are phasing out decades of support to Mozambique as the countries close their diplomatic missions in Mozambique.

Denmark closes its embassy in Maputo today, 1 December, and will phase out development support through 2019, bringing to an end around 40 years of cooperation in sectors including health, justice, and agriculture development in Mozambique.
