Frelimo fishes for votes in Angoche

The new port at Angoche may improve the fortunes of locals, but it is also designed to help the ruling party

Good afternoon. Last week saw the formal launch of construction work on the project to build a new fishing port in the coast of Angoche district, Nampula province, estimated to cost $50m. It is positive news for both the government and ruling party Frelimo.
