Mozambique’s ruling Frelimo party, and opposition parties Renamo and the Movimento Democrático de Moçambique (MDM), yesterday agreed on constitutional changes that would see parties choose ‘lead candidates’ for municipal and provincial elections – but said they have not reached consensus over how to choose district administrators after the next national elections, due in October 2019…....
