Good afternoon. President Filipe Nyusi’s final speech to parliament may have been all over the front page of state-controlled newspaper Notícias today, but it is not the talk of the town. With only a few months left to serve, the public is losing interest in Nyusi and his pronouncements, as they did with his predecessors when they were in their last days of office.
