Rwandan and Tanzanian forces to fill gap as troops leave Cabo Delgado

The Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) mission in Mozambique, Samim, has begun its withdrawal from Mozambique’s Cabo Delgado province, but Rwanda is stepping in to send more troops to fill the gap left by the SADC troops.
