A bad-tempered leader article in this week's issue of newspaper Canal de Moçambique leads this newsletter to return to the subject of Mozambican-Rwandan relations, or rather the public opinion around them. The paper seized upon a recent report, published in the British paper the Financial Times, about Isco Segurança, a company which is providing security at the site of the TotalEnergies-led gas project in Cabo Delgado province, and which is majority owned by a company controlled by Rwanda's governing party.
