Zitamar explains: what happened with President Chapo’s 100-day agenda?

The government claims that almost every goal in its 100-day plan has been met, but several major goals remain in progress or unfulfilled

President Daniel Chapo announced yesterday that 92 out of the 96 goals which his government set itself to achieve in its first 100 days had now been met, and a quarter of them had been exceeded.

This may be arguable, if goals that have not been entirely met are counted in the 92 (the government has not provided a detailed list of what has and has not been accomplished).
