The terms and conditions set out below apply to your use of www.zitamar.com. By accessing www.zitamar.com you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions you should not use www.zitamar.com and should cancel any subscription. If you have any questions please contact subscriptions@zitamar.com.
Service: Zitamar shall make all reasonable efforts to assure that the information contained in its news service is accurate and to promptly correct any information delivered to the Subscriber which Zitamar verifies is inaccurate. However, Zitamar expressly disclaims any liability for the accuracy or timeliness of its news service. Zitamar shall not be liable to the Subscriber or any other party for indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with its obligations under this agreement or the content of use or its news services.
Zitamar reserves the right to discontinue some of its services when it sees it is justified. If we make any significant changes, Zitamar has to inform the Subscriber reasonably in advance.
Neither party shall be in breach of its obligations for failure or delay caused by strikes, acts of God, or the public enemy, riots, civil or military unrest, interference by civil or military authorities, inability to secure government approvals, or any other acts beyond such party's control. After sixty days, however, where such force majeure exists, either party may terminate the agreement without liability.
Copyright: All news services provided by Zitamar are the subject of U.K. and international copyright protection. All copyrights reserved. The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that it is not otherwise permitted to reproduce; archive, electronically transmit or forward, download or distribute; adapt; publicly display; sell or otherwise furnish the news service, or the log-in password, or any portion of the news services provided by Zitamar to any other person or entity, news agency, affiliate, newspaper or magazine, except as expressly permitted by Zitamar in writing.
Gateway users have the right to distribute articles from www.zitamar.com within their organisation, but must first sign a Zitamar Gateway User Subscription Agreement. Please contact subscriptions@zitamar.com for more details.
Usernames and Passwords: The Subscriber shall be entitled to one username and password. You are not allowed to share your username and password with anyone else, or allow anyone else to use your account. Zitamar may cancel or suspend your access to www.zitamar.com without further obligation to you if you share your username and password or allow someone else to use your account.
It is your responsibility to keep your username password safe. If there is any activity undertaken with your login details then you are responsible.
If you think that your details may have been used by someone else then please contact subscriptions@zitamar.com as soon as possible.
Cancellations: Zitamar reserves the right to suspend, limit, cancel or disable your subscription from www.zitamar.com without prior notice (i) if we reasonably believe that you or someone authorised by you breaches any of the Terms and Conditions (ii) if considered necessary by Zitamar due to technical or security issues (iii) if Zitamar is requested to do so by a government.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions were published on 7 March 2017. Zitamar may update these terms and conditions for legal and regulatory reasons or to reflect changes in our services by changing them on the site. We will notify the subscriber if any of these changes are significant.
