Zitamar reserves the right to discontinue some of its services when it sees it is justified. If we make any significant changes, Zitamar has to inform the Subscriber reasonably in advance. Neither party shall be in breach of its obligations for failure or delay caused by strikes, acts of God, or the public enemy, riots, civil or military unrest, interference by civil or military authorities, inability to secure government approvals, or any other acts beyond such party's control.  After sixty days, however, where such force majeure exists, either party may terminate the agreement without liability.
