Good afternoon. Weekly newspaper Savana reports, rather cryptically, on comments made by former president Armando Guebuza at a function in honour of his birthday (even though that was nearly a year ago) at the weekend (see below). If the paper reported his comments comprehensively, then Guebuza himself was cryptic, as he referred repeatedly to the country being in “crisis” without saying how, or who was to blame.
